We continue the success of KunstSveiven in Rjukan! This time we have the pleasure of inviting you to Sip & Paint at the home of a true enthusiast, and one of KunstSveiven Rjukan's own organizers. Our dear Anneth Nielsen opens her own home for an unforgettable evening in the art of portrait painting. Here, Unni Askeland will, for three delightful hours, guide you through the creation of a portrait - from your first sketch with a charcoal pencil, to your first bold brushstroke, to a portrait painting you can proudly take home.

Unni Askeland is one of our great contemporary artists, known for her expressionist paintings and fearless style. With 12 years of art education, previously running her own art school, and a career that has shaped both gallery spaces and the contemporary art scene for over four decades, you are in the best hands.

No previous experience required, come as you are!

All equipment is included, and we offer light refreshments with something good in a glass and some snacks on the side.

Bring a friend, a lover, a colleague or family, or come alone and meet new people! We promise you an inspiring and delicious evening you will never forget.
